They are designed to protect both you and our brand, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and maintaining the quality of our offerings. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
2. Product Information
We create small-batch, high-quality activewear using exclusive prints and premium fabrics. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
- Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
- Payments are securely processed through Peach Payments, using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment details.
- Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), US Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR) for convenience. However, all transactions are processed in ZAR at checkout.
- Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences, which are outside of our control.
- International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their country.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Product Availability
- Each product listing on our website will indicate whether the item is in stock or made to order.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order items require a production lead time of 5–6 weeks before dispatch.
- If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, the order will ship once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged with us.
Local Shipping (South Africa)
- Local orders are shipped via The Courier Guy using standard delivery.
- Delivery timeframes:
- Major centres: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Outlying areas: 3–6 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via Tunl or DHL.
- Estimated delivery times are 5–10 working days to major centres (excluding customs delays). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier network.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged in their country.
Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
- Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer liable for loss or theft, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier where possible.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible items may be returned within 14 days if unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale, custom, or personalized items are final and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty or defective items (as defined under the Consumer Protection Act) will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
- Refunds are processed via Peach Payments to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding shipping fees.

- Please follow care instructions provided on garment labels.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- We are not liable for skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.

- Gigi Green Content: All website content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Gigi Green and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
- Designs by Maya Prass: All product designs, custom prints, and exclusive patterns are the intellectual property of Maya Prass and are protected under copyright, trademark, and design laws.
- Restrictions on Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content, designs, prints, or brand materials without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Website Use
- You may not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy our content.
- Website availability may be interrupted for updates or maintenance.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer data, and all transactions are encrypted for security.
