Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale, custom, or personalised items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are not offered on international orders (see Returns & Exchanges Policy for explanation).
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, with items returned to us within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are processed via Peach Payments to the original payment method.
- Processing times are typically 10–15 working days, depending on your bank and Peach Payments.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds on studio purchases are not available; these may be exchanged for a credit code only.
- Credit codes issued in lieu of refunds are valid for 1 year and are one-time use.
