We want you to love your Gigi Green activewear. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations or the fit isn’t right, we’re here to help—with clear and kind steps to follow.
1. What You Can’t Return
- Accessories, no-waste items, and sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Garments that have been custom-altered or adjusted based on your measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
- Items must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed, with original labels, tags, and packaging intact.
- All components (e.g., belts, ties) must be present.
- The item must not be a repeat purchase of a previously returned garment.
3. Timeframes: Act Early
- Notify us by emailing info@gigigreenactive.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
- Return the item to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Note: All returns or exchanges—whether due to defects or simply because you changed your mind—must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
4. How to Return Items (South Africa Only)
- Step 1: Email us your order details and whether you’d like an exchange, a refund, or a credit code.
- Step 2: Purchase a Return Shipping Coupon (R85 ZAR) via our site. This allows us to book The Courier Guy to collect your item from your preferred address.
- Step 3: Pack your item securely and ensure all labels/tags are intact. The courier will collect on the arranged day.
- Exclusions: Returns for items purchased directly from our studio are not eligible for exchange or refund.
5. Processing & Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your request:
- Exchanges: If swapping size/style and it’s in stock, we’ll send the new item at no extra cost (for full-priced items). If discounted, a shipping fee of R75 will apply to the replacement.
- Credit Codes: Issued by email; valid for 1 year, non-transferable, and one-time use. Not valid on sale items unless arranged directly.
Refunds: Processed via Peach Payments to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
6. International Orders
Regrettably, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on international orders, for the following reasons:
- South African customs charges duty to bring the item back into the country, making it unjustifiably costly.
- Our payment partners cannot process reversals on international cards.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with a description and, if possible, a photo.
- We’ll arrange collection at our cost, and will either replace or refund, as appropriate.
8. No Double Returns
If an item has already been returned once and repurchased, it cannot be returned again.
9. Important to Remember
- Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will reflect to your account within 10–15 working days, depending on your bank and Peach Payments processing times.
- Lost credit codes cannot be reissued—please keep them safe.
- Credit codes are valid for 1 year from issue date.
