Local Shipping (South Africa)
- Orders are shipped with The Courier Guy using standard delivery.
- Delivery times after dispatch:
- Major centres: 2–4 working days
- Outlying areas: 3–6 working days
- In-stock items: dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order items: require a 5–6 week production lead time before dispatch.
- If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they will ship together once all items are ready (unless otherwise arranged with us).
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via Tunl or DHL.
- Estimated delivery times: 5–10 working days to major centres (excluding customs delays).
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in their country.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier network.
Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer liable for loss or theft — though we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier if needed.
